25/26 SAMU Student Handbook

The SAMU Student Handbook is produced each year and distributed free to students across the MacEwan campus. The handbook provides students with an organizational tool while informing them of important events, dates, policies, programs, and services.

The 2025/2026 handbook was designed to reflect current design trends with the goal of creating fresh material that engages the upcoming student demographic. The design is illustration focused, while building upon and elevating the existing SAMU brand. A key focus of this design was to improve the user experience by organizing the content into a more clear and digestible format. The creative direction of this handbook enhanced the SAMU brand and inspired marketing materials developed throughout the following year.
